Liputan6.com, Jakarta – Dirregident Korlantas Polri, Brigjen Yusri Yunus mengatakan, pihaknya telah menerbitkan aturan baru terkait penggunaan nomor pelat kendaraan mobil dengan awalan angka 1 dan seri belakang RF, IR, hingga QZ.

Seperti diketahui, pelat nomor tersebut kerap kali digunakan oleh para pejabat pemerintahan Indonesia. Namun, tak jarang pelat nomor tersebut digunakan oleh pihak-pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab.

Menurut Yusri, apabila kedapatan ada yang menggunakan pelat nomor tersebut dengan kurun waktu bulan 11 tahun 2023 dapat dipastikan pelat palsu alias bodong.

“Aturannya kita tertibkan. Saya sudah sampaikan pada saat itu, cuma boleh (pejabat) Eselon I, Eselon II, ini sambil sosialisasi juga. Saya tertibkan mulai bulan 10 tahun 2022, sudah tidak boleh lagi Polda-Polda, atau dalam hal ini Ditlantas mengeluarkan nomor khusus maupun nomor rahasia,” Yusri di Mabes Polri, Jakarta, Kamis 22 Juni 2023.

“Berarti kalau bulan 10 tahun 2022, berarti bulan 10 tahun 2023 sudah nol yang RF-RF. Jadi kalau ada yang pakai bulan 11 tahun 2023 itu indikasi palsu, dan hurufnya, angkanya adalah angka 1 di depannya,” sambungnya.

Yusri menambahkan, kini pelat nomor tersebut akan diganti dengan huruf Z. Ia memastikan, pelat nomor khusus tersebut hanya diperuntukan bagi kendaraan pejabat pemerintahan Eselon I, Eselon II, dan TNI-Polri.

“Untuk nomor khusus di depannya Z, jadi kalian pakai RF itu nanti kalau bulan 11 lebih ke atas itu, itu palsu. Silahkan wartawan foto, langsung kita cek nanti. Ini sekalian sosialisasi, jadi kalau ada gabungan (razia), ini ketahuan nanti, ini saya ubah nomor khusus,” jelas dia.

Kota Serang (Sunda: aksara Sunda: ᮞᮦᮛᮀ, Cacarakan: ꦱꦺꦫꦁ Pegon: سيراڠ) merupakan salah satu kota dan sekaligus menjadi ibu kota dari provinsi Banten, Indonesia. Kota ini berada di bagian barat laut provinsi Banten, serta dikelilingi oleh Kabupaten Serang di sebelah selatan, barat, dan timur, dan Laut Jawa di sebelah utara. Kota Serang dilintasi Jalan Tol Jakarta–Merak dan juga dilintasi oleh Jalur kereta api Merak–Tanah Abang.

Kota Serang adalah ibu kota provinsi Banten dan sebagai pusat budaya Sunda Banten dan Jawa Serang dan penduduknya menuturkan Bahasa Sunda Banten dan juga Bahasa Jawa Serang. Di Kota ini terdapat sisa-sisa bangunan bersejarah masa kejayaan Kesultanan Banten. Pada tahun 2021, jumlah penduduk kota Serang sebanyak 687.881 jiwa, dengan kepadatan 2.579 jiwa/km2.[1]

Sejarah[sunting | sunting sumber]

Kota Serang merupakan daerah otonom hasil pemekaran dari Kabupaten Serang. Amanat pembentukan Kota Serang bermula sejak Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2000 tentang Pembentukan Provinsi Banten, yang menetapkan Serang sebagai ibu kota bagi provinsi yang baru dibentuk itu.[4] Selanjutnya, kota ini resmi berdiri melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2007 tentang Pembentukan Kota Serang di Provinsi Banten, yang disahkan pada tanggal 10 Agustus 2007.[5] Secara etimologis, nama “serang” berasal dari bahasa Sunda Kuno yang berarti “sawah pejabat”/”sawah negara” yang sekarang bergeser menjadi “sawah” dalam bahasa Sunda Hormat.

Menteri Dalam Negeri Mardiyanto melakukan pelantikan penjabat sementara wali kota Serang, Asmudji H.W., di Gedung Departemen Dalam Negeri Jakarta pada tanggal 2 November 2007.[6] Selanjutnya, pembentukan Struktur Organisasi Tata Kerja (STOK) Kota Serang terjadi melalui SK Mendagri Nomor 060/2840/SJ tertanggal 22 November 2007, yang meliputi pembentukan 19 Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) serta para pejabatnya dari Eselon II hingga Eselon III.[7]

Kota Serang berada di tengah Kabupaten Serang dan berada di pesisir utara Pulau Jawa. Secara keseluruhan, Kota Serang hanya berbatasan langsung dengan Kabupaten Serang, kecuali sisi utaranya langsung menghadap ke Teluk Banten. Luas wilayah Kota Serang sendiri sebesar ±266,71 km².[8][9][10]

Topografi[sunting | sunting sumber]

Secara topografi muka tanah, Kota Serang berada di hamparan dataran rendah yang ketinggiannya ≤50 meter dan jenis tanah yang mendominasi permukaan tanah di kota ini adalah jenis tanah asosiasi regosol kelabu, regosol kelabu coklat, litosol, dan latosol kemerah-merahan. Kota ini pun menjadi muara dari salah satu sungai utama di Provinsi Banten yakni Sungai Cibanten.[9]

Kota Serang beriklim sama dengan kota-kota Indonesia pada umumnya yaitu iklim tropis. Berdasarkan klasifikasi iklim, wilayah kota Serang sebagian besar beriklim muson tropis (Am) dengan dua pola musim yang dipengaruhi oleh pergerakan angin monsun, yaitu musim hujan dan musim kemarau. Musim hujan yang dipengaruhi angin monsun baratan yang bersifat basah dan lembap biasanya terjadi pada periode bulan November hingga bulan April. Bulan Januari menjadi bulan terbasah dan puncak musim penghujan dengan rerata curah hujan bulanannya >280 mm per bulan. Sementara itu, musim kemarau yang diakibatkan pergerakan angin muson timuran yang bersifat kering biasanya berlangsung sejak bulan Mei hingga bulan Oktober dengan bulan Agustus sebagai bulan terkering. Curah hujan tahunan di Kota Serang berkisar pada angka 1000–2000 milimeter per tahun dengan jumlah hari hujan berkisar antara 120–160 hari hujan per tahun. Suhu udara di Kota Serang per tahunnya berada pada angka 21°–33 °C. Tingkat kelembapan nisbi di kota ini adalah ±79% per tahun.[9][10]
